Housing Information

Apartments/Houses
You are allowed to request a sub-board for your character on the following boards:
Apartments, Housing, and Farmland.
To request a sub-board in Apartments or Housing you must fill out the following form:

Your Name: Your player name
Your Character's Name: The name of the character that you are requesting the sub-board for
Sub-board's Name: The name you want for the sub-board
Sub-Board's Description: The description of the sub-board (it can't be too short)

Rent for apartments is $100 a month (a real life month).
To buy a house you must pay $1000.
Admins have the right to kick a character from their house if they are inactive, or if they are major rule breakers.
Admins have the right to kick a character out of their apartment if they cannot pay the rent, if they are inactive, or if they break certain rules.

Update
If you want, you may have a roommate and split the costs with them.

Ranches/Farms
If you wish to request a sub-board in the Farmlands (if you wish to own a farm) you must...
Have been active for at least two real life months.
Every character that you play must be active.
Each person cannot have more than two farms/ranches.

To request a sub-board in the Farmlands fill out this form:

Your Name: Your player name
You Character's Name: The name of the character who will be owning the land
Sub-Board's Name: The name of the farm/ranch
Sub-Board's Description: The description of your farm/ranch (not too short)
How Many Acres Bought: The amount of acres you are buying (minimum: five acres, maximum: 100 acres)
Ranch or Farm?: Is is a ranch or a farm?

Admins have the right to take away a farm or ranch from a player if they break certain rules or become inactive.




Job Information

You can find job applications within each store if the store is hiring.
If you do not preform your job you will be fired.
If you break a rule the admins have the right to fire you from your job.
Each character can have up to two jobs.
The amount of pay per job is stated in each application form.




Money Information

--Money is granted by the admins. You do not get money for each post that you make. Rather, you get money by earning it either by getting a job and earning money each day or by doing something to help the admins, such as advertising.
--Each person is given $100 per character that they make. How they use that money and for which character they use it for is up to them.
--If your character is inactive for one month you lose $100.
--If you spend all of your money...get a job! Admins will only give free money to a person when they make a character.
--You cannot spend more money than you have. If you try then you will receive 5 warning points.
--If the admins forget to hand out pay, please make sure to let them know in a respectable manner.
--If the admins take too much money away please let them know in a respectable manner and they will make sure that they fix the problem.
--If an admin does not take enough money away when you spend money, please let the admins know. If you do not and you are caught then you will receive 25 warning points.
--You get money, once again, buy having a job, selling things to other people or to businesses, or by helping out the admins in some way.
--There are no bank loans. You may not ask either admin if we can make an acception to this rule.
